Four brick and concrete houses planned for the suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand totaling over 1,800 sqm. Initiated as a mixed used luxury home, bed and breakfast, and fruit bearing garden, as the global economic conditions worsened the program was shifted to a high end dense housing development. Based on a basic construction system exposing real and solid materials, these houses are designed for over 4m floor to floor heights and nearly .5m thick walls. This solid construction system and generous ceiling heights provide cooler living spaces and allow for lofted bedroom areas, storage spaces, and children's play zones.
